David has been keeping busy with District council and city budget projects. They take up a bit of time, leaving little for luxuries like blogging. The neighborhood's newspaper has a section this month in which residents can vote for what we want to be called (ie "bluffalos") which inspired the former council president to don this costume. Unfortunately the online version of the paper doesn't have this feature, so it can't be hot-linked. But don't be surprised if you soon see this mascot roaming the bluff.
